Debbie and Martin met through friends. You know, one of those introductions where you think it’ll go nowhere – but ends up chaging your life. In a nice way… Well, that’s what happened to Debbie and Martin. They met, they fell in love and they had a small wedding at Giffnock Register Office.
Martin wore a black jacket and dark grey kilt. Debbie wore an ivory 3/4 length dress made of silk which looked stunning, especially with her baby-blue shoes and matchin blue bouquet. After the ceremony and some family pictures, Debbie, Martin and myself went to Queens Park for some pictures around the lake before heading to Glasgow and to Sloans for their wedding reception.
Sloans is a listed building, with three floors of hustle and bustle. Debbie and Martin had hired the middle-floor which is full of varnished wood and old victorian charm. After canapes it was time to sit down for the wedding breakfast, but not before speeches by Martin’s Mum and Debbie’s best friends.
After the wedding breakfast I took debbie and Martin outside for a few more pictures before it was time to cut the cake and then the first dance for Debbie and Martin. A lovely day for a lovely couple, full of smiles full of love.
