Linda and Ross finally got married…! It took a little longer than usual due to covid, but they finally made the day and had a small and intimate ceremony at the Lodge on Loch Lomond in Luss, with an open-air ceremony overlooking the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
Linda and Ross met by purely chance. They have friends who live in Australia who were visiting family in Scotland, and before going back to Australia there was a leaving party – which is where Linda met Ross in 2013. One thing led to another and before long they were an ‘item’.
Ross proposed to Linda on the 17th of June 2019 while they were holidaying in Sorrento. And being the hopeless romantic that he is, Ross proposed in the evening while they were on a balcony of a hotel overlooking the bay of Napoli towards Capri. And Linda said YES…!
Linda looked simply amazing in a heavily laced fish-tail dress which she bought from Unbridaled in Ayr. And with hair by VK Hair and Beauty and make up by Jett Makeup – Linda looked perfect. Ross, handsome chap that he is, decided to wear a simple light grey jacket and dark blue trousers.
The ceremony was conducted by Elaine from the Helensburgh Register Office, and after the ceremony we posed for some pictures around the Lodge. It was a brilliant sunny day at loch Lomond and it was a day with lots of smiles for two people who are so much in love.
