TIME-LASTING & NATURAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Ian Arthur Wedding PhotographER
For those big days with lots of guests and lots of photography
The cars, the dress and the wedding venue, but with fewer guests.
For two people in love, with just a few family and guests.
I am an experienced and professional wedding photographer, providing natural & time-lasting wedding photography
My name is Ian Arthur and I am a professional wedding photographer who covers weddings in Glasgow, Loch Lomond, Argyll, Ayrshire, the Highlands and across central Scotland. I’ve been a full time photographer for over 20 years and I photograph weddings in a relaxed and natural way – and always with a smile.
As a photographer, my purpose at any wedding is to record the day. There are some formal parts of the day, but much of what I do is about capturing those candid moments of emotion and happiness. I find the best way to do this is to be unobtrusive and discreet for much of the day. I prefer to observe rather than orchestrate, so my style is to stand back and capture the day as it unfolds. This allows YOU to get on with enjoying the day, and ME to produce timeless and elegant wedding photography.
A wedding is the start of a new journey for two people, and as a wedding photographer I will always be honoured to share a small part of this journey you in the best way that I can – through my photography.
It was an absolute pleasure to have you at our wedding and we really can’t thank you enough! From the moment you arrived you presented such a professional persona, nothing was too much trouble and you put us at ease.Jo & David
We cannot recommend Ian highly enough to you for any of your future weddings where the couples need a photographer. This is a special and important part of any wedding and he was excellent in both service and quality.Sarah & Mark

Shoes. One of the most important parts of the bride's wedding day. Except the groom and the dress, I suppose... These were a pair of wedding shoes for one of my recent brides. Cute, aren't they? What do I like about them...? Well, besides being colourful, I like the...
Rose is from Scotland, near to Helensburgh and Loch Lomond in fact, and a few years ago she moved to Southampton - where she met this tall and extremely nice guy called Chris. They met, they fell in love and they decided to get married. They chose to have their...
